Debashis Dutta, Director is an experienced entrepreneur and has gained specialization over the years in Custom C&F and Warehousing. He is the able son of the Late Fani Dutta. He is one of three Directors of the organization and looks after the operation.

His passion for promotion of sports activities is well known and he is the Hony. Finance Secretary of Mohun Bagan Athletic Club, The National Soccer Club of India. He has not forgotten need of the community and is the Divisional Warden of Civil Defence, Govt. of West Bengal.

Mrs. Madhumati Somadder is also one of the Directors of the company. She graduated with Honours in Geography from Calcutta University in the year 1984. Later, she obtained her B.ED. from the same University with a first class degree. She is married to the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Biswanath Somadder, a sitting judge of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta, who is also the grandson of the founder of the Company, late Bejoy Gopal Somadder, and son of Shri Kali Das Somadder, our present Chairman-cum-Managing Director.
