B.G. Somadder & Sons Pvt. Ltd.

Kali Das Somadder is the Chairman-cum Managing Director of the company. Kali Das Somadder is the son of the Late B.G. Somadder, the founder of the company. He has been running it since pre-independent India. In the late nineteen seventies, he was joined by the Late Fani Dutta.

Today, Kali Das Somadder along with the other two Directors of the Company, Biswanath Somadder and Debashis Dutta have held the mantle of the internationally acclaimed company to a high esteem and preserved its heritage. As a result, when the question of integrity, efficiency, expertise and punctuality are called for, the name of B.G. Somadder & Sons Private Limited, automatically comes in the mind.

Debashis Dutta, Director is an experienced entrepreneur and has gained specialization over the years in Custom C&F and Warehousing. He is the able son of the Late Fani Dutta. He is one of three Directors of the organization and looks after the operation. He is also Director, Delta Warehouse Pvt. Ltd., a Custom Bonded Ware House.

His passion for promotion of sports activities is well known and he is the Hony. Accountant of Mohun Bagan Athletic Club, The National Soccer Club of India. He has not forgotten need of the community and is the Divisional Warden of Civil Defence, Govt. of West Bengal.

Debashis Dutta, Director

Mrs. Madhumati Somadder is also one of the Directors of the company. She graduated with Honours in Geography from Calcutta University in the year 1984. Later, she obtained her B.ED. from the same University with a first class degree. She is married to the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Biswanath Somadder, a sitting judge of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta, who is also the grandson of the founder of the Company, late Bejoy Gopal Somadder, and son of Shri Kali Das Somadder, our present Chairman-cum-Managing Director.
